XSCION ENERGY is an exciting company that is focused on developing renewable energy projects across South Africa and in the SADC region. The company is the brainchild of two South African brothers and entrepreneurs who are determined to participate in South Africa’s economy and in the development of the African continent.
The continent only accounts for 4% of global energy consumption with over 50% of the population living without access to electricity. The continent is forcasted to become the 2nd most populous by 2050 with over 2 billion inhabitants.
XSCION ENERGY is established against this backdrop. Our aim is to bring innovative solutions to address Africa’s energy challenge. We tirelessly work to develop solutions that are scalable with an exceptional R.O.I and positive effect of the environment.

Sean Marambana
Founder
Sean is a natural entrepreneur with a business degree (Bcom. Financial Management Sciences) from the University Of Pretoria. He has acquired experience across critical business functions (marketing, finance and business development) working for leading corporate companies. He uses his expertise as a business development professional to establish and grow start-up enterprises.
Nhlanhla Marambana (MBA)
Founder
Nhlanhla is a seasoned professional with over 25 years corporate experience spread across different operations. Over the past 5 years he has specialized as a business development executive, growing Siemens market share of medical equipment supply in the African and Middle Eastern region.
